What we collect, what we do with it, and what we don’t.

Last updated the day this page went live. The short version: a Sunday email and the occasional reply. That’s the whole ledger.

The short version.

We ask for an email address so we can send you the Sunday dispatch. Sometimes a note arrives with it — a first name, a city, a reason you came by. We read those notes the same way we read replies on the page: to write the next post better. Nothing on this site tracks you across the rest of the web. There is no ad network, no retargeting pixel, no third-party analytics outside the bare minimum needed to know whether the page loaded.

What we collect.

Only what you give us, and only for what we said we’d use it for. If you sign up for the dispatch we collect the email you typed and the time stamp of when you typed it. If you hit reply on a dispatch, we get the contents of your message — and only you and we do. We do not buy, sell, rent, or trade email lists. We do not run ads on Husbandry.

What we don’t collect.

We don’t run third-party tracking. No Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics lookalike set, no session replay tooling. There is no cross-site fingerprint. The only cookies that touch your browser are the ones that remember whether you picked the light or dark theme on this site, and the ones our newsletter form uses to keep its place while you’re on the page.

How to leave.

Every dispatch has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it, you’re off the list at the next send. Want the row scrubbed entirely? Email hello@husbandryco.com and say so — we’ll remove the record inside a week and confirm when it’s gone.

Questions, corrections, and the small print.

This page is the policy as we run the work today. When it changes — for example, if we ever turn on a tool that captures more than an email — we’ll update this page first and send a note in the dispatch before it goes live. The most current version of this page is the one at this URL. Reach out at hello@husbandryco.com with anything else.
